I have a suggestion for a new board. It seems there are more and more people are becoming parents on the zone in addition to the ones who are already parents. A board called, Parent Talk, could be useful for the parents and soon to be parents to chat, ask questions, and share ideas. How does this sound? Hope you consider it.

Actually I'm with you on this one. Blind people could share a lot of parenting worries/skills/advice and having a special board to do so, I think, is fully warrented.

I have now created such a board for all you parents, aspiring or otherwise. However it isn't currently showing up as a link on the main board topics page for some reason. It is however accessable through the combo box.

I'm waiting for the more experienced hands to tell me what I've done wrong with regard to the link showing and hopefully that glitch should be rectified soon.

In short though, Parents, you have a board. Enjoy.

I am not a parent but i think the subjects discussed there are going to be very interesting to read. I want to be a parent one day so is going to be good to read what experienced parents have to say.
